Sonno x #MYCYBERSALE 2019 Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. GENERAL 

1.1. The Sonno x #MYCYBERSALE 2019 Promotion is organized by Sonno Malaysia Sdn Bhd (the “Company”) as a participating merchant in the FPX #MYCYBERSALE ASIA Shop & Pay with FPX upon Checkout and Stand a Chance to Win Prizes Worth Up to RM270,000.00* Promotion (hereby referred to as FPX #MYCYBERSALE ASIA Promotion). Throughout this document, the terms “we”, “us”, “our”, and “the organizer” refer to the Company. 

1.2. There is no entry fee to enter this contest.

2. ELIGIBILITY 

2.1. The Sonno x #MYCYBERSALE 2019 Promotion is open to all Sonno customers who have purchased a Sonno mattress regardless of the mattress size. 

2.2. To be eligible for the FPX #MYCYBERSALE ASIA Promotion, customers must make a payment via FPX Transaction(s) during the Promotion Period as stated on their Terms and Conditions here. 

2.3. Customers must also fulfil all the eligibility criteria given by the FPX #MYCYBERSALE ASIA Promotion as per their Terms and Conditions to be stand a chance to win their prizes worth up to RM270,000*.

3. FREE GIFTS & PRIZES 

3.1. All Sonno mattresses purchased within the Promotion Period are entitled to 2 (two) free Sonno the pillows per mattress purchased. We reserve the right to change the free gift(s) of a similar, equal, or lesser value depending on the availability of our stock.

3.2. Winners for the FPX #MYCYBERSALE ASIA Promotion will be selected and contacted by their Organizer as stipulated by their Terms and Conditions. Sonno is in no way liable for or affiliated with the FPX #MYCYBERSALE ASIA Promotion winners selection, winners notification, or prize redemption(s).

4. ENTRY PERIOD

4.1. The Sonno x #MYCYBERSALE 2019 Promotion begins at 12:00am EST on September 27, 2019 and ends at 11:59pm EST on October 3, 2019 (the “Promotion Period”). 

4.2. Purchases made before or after the Promotion Period will are not eligible for the Sonno x #MYCYBERSALE 2019 Promotion.

5. HOW TO PARTICIPATE 

5.1. All Sonno mattress purchases made within the Promotion Period are eligible for the Sonno x #MYCYBERSALE 2019 Promotion and entitled to the stated free gift(s) offered by Sonno.

5.2. All Sonno purchases made via FPX Transaction(s) payment method within the Promotion Period are eligible for the FPX #MYCYBERSALE ASIA Promotion, provided the customer fulfils the Qualifying Criteria as stated in their Terms and Conditions.

5.3. Each Sonno mattress purchase is entitled to 2 (two) free Sonno the pillows, regardless of the acceptable method of payment as listed on the Company’s Terms and Conditions used.

5.4. Each FPX Transaction from Current/Savings Account and Credit Card account performed by an Eligible Customer shall qualify as 1 (one) entry for the FPX #MYCYBERSALE ASIA Promotion. 

5.5. By participating in this Promotion, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. 

5.6. We will not bear responsibility for entries that are not received for whatever reason. 

6. ORGANIZER’S RIGHTS 

6.1. In reference to Sonno x #MYCYBERSALE 2019 Promotion, the organizer (Sonno) reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of an emergency, catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Organizer’s control. Any changes to the contest will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Organizer. 

6.2. The organizer does not accept responsibility for damages arising from or related to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to network failure, computer viruses or unauthorized access. 

7. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

7.1. All Sonno mattress and pillows purchased within the Promotion Period are eligible for 100 nights trial period and 30 nights trial period respectively. 8. FURTHER INFORMATION 

8.1. The Promotion Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
