Eligibility: The satisfaction guarantee starts from the date of your purchase. However, we ask that you allow your body to adjust to your new mattress by trying it for at least 25 days. We've found that this adjustment period is crucial for you to experience the full benefits of your Sonno mattress.
Process: If after 25 days you're still not convinced, simply let us know. We will arrange for the mattress to be collected from your home.
Refund: Once your return is processed, you will receive a full refund, whether you paid in full upfront or opted for an instalment plan with Sonno.
