Referral Program Terms & Conditions

The Sonno Referral Program (the “Program”) by Sonno Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (“Sonno") allows individuals (“Sonno Ambassadors”) to earn approved commissions by referring friends to purchase a Sonno mattress. To participate, you must:

1. Agree to the Terms & Conditions, and
2. Register for the program
3. Be a Sonno Customer 

How to Earn Your Commission

When you sign up to become a Sonno Ambassador, we’ll generate a unique link assigned only to you. You can post it on social media or email it to a few friends. When a friend clicks on it, the link will lead them to the Sonno website. If the friend completes a purchase, the Sonno Ambassador is notified. After 100 days (to ensure the friend is happy with and is not returning the mattress), the Sonno Ambassador will receive 5% the price of the mattress product the friend purchases, sent through PayPal.

A Sonno Ambassador will earn a 5% commission if,

1. A referred friend clicks on the Sonno Ambassador’s referral link, and
2. The referred friend completes a Qualifying Order within the same browsing session in which they clicked the referral link.

The Sonno Ambassador may not take the role of the referred friend, but can log into the Sonno Referral Portal at any time to track all commissions.

Qualifying Order

A Qualifying Order must include a Sonno Original or a Sonno Lite Mattress and cannot be returned for a refund. If the mattress is returned for a refund, the commission payment is forfeited. Sonno reserves the right to cancel a Qualifying Order if placed fraudulently. An order for non-mattress products like a Duvet, Pillow, or Bed Sheet is not a qualifying order. 

Commissions and Payouts

Commissions are earned for any referred Qualifying Order and are either approved or denied within 100 days of when the Qualifying Order is placed. A 5% commission is earned for each approved Commission and is processed through PayPal to the Sonno Ambassador’s linked PayPal account. Payments are made through PayPal only. If the Sonno Ambassador did not link a PayPal account during registration, they can enter it by logging into the Ambassador Portal.

Sharing Referral Links

Referrals should only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes to friends who will appreciate receiving these messages. Referral links should not be distributed to recipients who do not have a personal connection to the referrer (such as coupon websites).

Termination and Change

Sonno may suspend or terminate the Referral Program or a user’s ability to participate in the Ambassador Program at any time for any reason. Requirements and incentives may also change at any time. Sonno reserves the right to review and investigate all referral activities and cancel or modify referrals if activity is deemed abusive or fraudulent. Commissions earned as a result of fraudulent activity are null and void.

Limitations

There is no limit to the number of commissions each Sonno Ambassador can earn. The 5% discount coupon can only be used against 1 mattress purchase and not valid with any other offers.

Updates to the Terms

Sonno reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the Referral Program after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification. If the modified terms are not acceptable, the only recourse is to stop sending referrals or participating in the Referral Program.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to its subject matter and constitutes and supersedes all prior agreements, representations and understandings of the parties, written or oral.
